El Paso, Texas – April 21, 2016 – Workforce Solutions Borderplex, the non-profit organization dedicated to employment, education and economic development, announced the appointment of Mr. Frank Spencer III to the Board of Directors.
“Mr. Spencer will represent the private sector and will make a great addition to the Board,” said Joyce Wilson, CEO of Workforce Solutions Borderplex. “His work experience as a successful construction contractor will greatly benefit our organization.”
Mr. Spencer is President of Aztec Contractors, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Texas A&M University and he attended high school at the New Mexico Military Institute. He is a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the El Paso 8(a) Contractors Association, the 2007 Legacy Council, and the El Paso Association of Builders. Mr. Spencer also serves as a Board Member of CEA. In 2015, he was the recipient of the Growth for the Future Award.
